Sierra 2500 Denali 2WD V8-6.0L (2011)
Note: The upper brake caliper guide pin is equipped with a bushing and must be installed in the same position.
2. Install the upper brake caliper guide pin (1), the lower brake caliper guide pin (2), and the brake caliper guide pin collars (3) to the brake caliper
bracket.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
3. Tighten the brake calliper guide pin bolts to 105 Nm (77 lb ft).
4. Install the brake caliper guide pin sealss (1).
5. Install the brake caliper guide pin boots (2).
6. Ensure the brake caliper guide pin seals and the brake caliper guide pin boots are fully seated in the grooves of the brake caliper housing.
