Exhaust Seal Replacement (ZW9 Cab Chassis)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the left catalytic converter, if required. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side (ZW9)   (See: Catalytic Converter/Service

and Repair/Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side (ZW9)).

2. Remove the exhaust manifold pipe, if required. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Pipe Replacement (ZW9)   (See: Exhaust Pipe/Service and Repair).
3. Remove and discard the appropriate exhaust seal (1) or gasket (2).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the NEW appropriate exhaust seal (1) or gasket (2).
2. Install the exhaust manifold pipe, if required. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Pipe Replacement (ZW9)   (See: Exhaust Pipe/Service and Repair).
