Sierra 3500 2WD V8-6.0L (2008)
1. Install a NEW CMP actuator magnet gasket (753) onto the CMP actuator magnet.
2. Install the CMP actuator magnet (752) to the front cover.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice .
3. Install the CMP actuator magnet bolts (751).
Tighten the bolts to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
4. Connect the engine harness electrical connector to the CMP actuator magnet.
5. Install the water pump. Refer to Water Pump Replacement (LU3) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Water Pump/Service and
