9. Remove the transmission heat shield.
10. Lower the transmission slightly.
11. Disconnect the transmission oil cooler lines. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
(See: Fluid Line/Hose/Service and Repair) .
12. Plug the transmission oil cooler line fittings.
13. Remove the indicator tube nut.
