Sunroof / Moonroof Panel: Adjustments
Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment
1. Open the sunshade.
2. Close the sunroof window.
3. Loosen the adjusting screws on each side of the sunroof window.

Crew Cab has two screws.

Extended Cab has three screws.
4. Adjust the corners of the window panel using the following guidelines:

Adjust the front of the sunroof window flush to 2 mm (0.08 in) below the top surface of the roof panel.

Adjust the rear of the sunroof window flush to 2 mm (0.08 in) above the top surface of the roof panel.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.
5. Install the sunroof window adjustment screws.
Tighten the screws to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
