Sierra 3500 Denali 2WD V8-6.0L (2011)
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery) (See: Starting and
Charging/Battery/Battery Cable/Negative/Service and Repair)Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (TP2) (See: Starting and
Charging/Battery/Battery Cable/Negative/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the mega-fuse block protective cover (1) on the fuse block and loosen the clamp nut (2) on the battery post.
3. Remove the 175 amp mega-fuse block nuts (3) from the mega-fuse holder (10).
4. Remove the battery positive cable (4), the generator battery jumper cable (5), the intake air heater cable (6), the battery positive junction block
cable (7), the auxiliary battery positive cable (8), and the starter solenoid cable (9).
5. Remove the mega-fuse block nuts (1).
