GMC Workshop Service and Repair Manuals

1. Install the transmission oil cooler lines to the vehicle.
2. Install the cooler lines to the transmission. 

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

3. Install the transmission cooler line bracket bolt (2) and tighten to 22 Nm (16 lb ft).
4. Lower the vehicle.

5. Install the transmission fluid cooler hose to the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and

Connection   (See: Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection).

6. Install the transmission fluid cooler hose to the Auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting

Disconnection and Connection   (See: Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection).

7. Install the front grill assembly. Refer to Radiator Grille Replacement (Chevrolet)   (See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair/Radiator
