5. Remove the brake rotor bolt (1).
6. If installing the original brake rotor, mark the relationship of the rotor to the hub.
7. Remove the rotor (1) from the hub.
8. If the brake rotor will not separate from the wheel hub, perform the following:
1. Clean the brake rotor mating surfaces and the threaded holes on the brake rotor hub face of any accumulated corrosion.
2. Apply a generous amount of penetrating oil or equivalent to the brake rotor mating surfaces, particularly around the wheel hub studs.
3. Insert 2 M10 x1.5 bolts or jack screws into the threads holes of the brake rotor hub face.
4. Tighten the bolts evenly to force the brake rotor from the wheel hub.
9. Using a stiff wire brush, clean any accumulated debris and corrosion from the mating surfaces of the hub and rotor.
10. Remove any burrs or raised metal created by the bolts or jack screws.
