Front Wheel Speed Sensor Replacement
Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (See: Maintenance/Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (See: Maintenance/Wheels and Tires/Service and Repair
).
3. Remove the brake rotor. Refer to Front Brake Rotor Replacement (JD9, JF3, JF7, JG4) (See: Disc Brake System/Brake Rotor/Disc/Service and

4. Clean the area surrounding the wheel speed sensor of any accumulated dirt and debris.
5. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector (1) and release the retainer from the shock absorber tower.
6. Release the wheel speed sensor harness retainers (2) and (3) from the steering knuckle.
