Sierra Classic 2500 2WD V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2007)
15. Position the generator positive cable.
16. Install the generator positive cable in the clip on the engine front cover.
17. Install the generator positive cable and nut to the generator.
Tighten the nut to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
18. Install the battery positive cable junction block bracket and bolt (1) to the power steering bracket.
Tighten the bolt to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
19. Remove the tape from the turbocharger openings.
IMPORTANT: Lubricate the end of the duct prior to installation.
20. Install the charged air cooler inlet duct connector (4) to the turbocharger.
21. Tighten the charged air cooler inlet duct connector to turbocharger clamp (1).
Tighten the clamp to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
22. Install the intake manifold cover.
23. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) Draining and Filling Cooling System (w/RPO HP2) Draining
and Filling Cooling System (Vac-N-Fill).
24. Connect the negative battery cable.
25. Prime the fuel system. Refer to Fuel System Priming.
26. Start the engine. If the engine stalls, repeat the above step.
27. Once the engine starts, inspect for fuel leaks.
