Wheel Speed Sensor: Service and Repair
With 4WD

Wheel Speed Sensor Replacement - Front (4 Wheel Drive)

Caution:  Refer to Brake Dust Caution in Service Precautions.

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the tire and wheel.
3. Remove the brake rotor (2) shown on the 1500 Series.

4. Remove the Wheel Speed Sensor (WSS) cable mounting clip from the knuckle.
5. Remove the WSS cable mounting clip from the upper control arm.
6. Remove the WSS cable mounting clip from the frame attachment point.
7. Remove the WSS cable electrical connector.
