Removal Procedure
1. Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake
Manifold/Service and Repair/Intake Manifold Cover Replacement).
2. Remove the fuel pump cover. Refer to Fuel Pump Cover Replacement (See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Pump/Service and Repair/Fuel
Pump Cover Replacement).
3. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (7) from the intake camshaft position (CMP) sensor (6).
4. Remove the CMP sensor bolt.
5. Remove the CMP sensor.
