Wiring Harness Installation

Blower Motor Case Assembly

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Electrical connector (77) from blower motor (53).

2. Blower motor flange screws (87).

3. Cooling tube.

4. Blower motor (53).

5. Blower motor fan. 

Inspect

-

Blower motor terminals for corrosion. Clean corrosion from the terminals or replace the blower motor (53) as necessary.

Flange of the blower motor (53) for damage or distortion that could cause an air leak. Repair as necessary.

-

Blower fan for damage and distortion. Repair or replace as necessary.
