Yukon/Denali XL 1500 4WD V8-5.3L VIN T (2004)
2. Install the new O-ring seal.
3. Install the short screen end of the new orifice (1) into the evaporator tube.
4. Connect the evaporator tube at the fitting.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Tighten the fitting to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
5. Evacuate and recharge the system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
6. Leak test the fittings of the repaired component using J 39400-A.
