Knock Sensor 2 Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. If equipped with 4WD, remove the right front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side   (See: Body and

Frame/Fender/Front Fender/Front Fender Liner/Service and Repair/Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side).

2. Remove the right front wheel and tire. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation   (See: Maintenance/Wheels and Tires/Service and

Repair).

3. Working through the wheel well opening, disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (3) from knock sensor.

4. Remove the knock sensor bolt (739) and knock sensor (718).
