CRANKSHAFT (FLYWHEEL END) SEAL INSTALLATION
This tool is newly-designed to install the flywheel-end crankshaft seal on all these models.

Attachment H/C 1500677, T/N 07948-SB00101

USE WITH:

Use this attachment with Driver T/N 07949- 0010000 or T/N 07949-6110000, and a hammer with a soft metal head, preferably one made of brass.

HOW TO USE:

1.

Slip the seal over the end of the crankshaft and try to keep it as square and straight as possible.

2.

Center the attachment on the seal and make sure that the hole in the attachment is over the dowel in the crankshaft flange.

3.

Tap the Driver with the hammer until the attachment bottoms out.

NOTE:

Make sure that the crankshaft's dowel pin remains centered in the hole in the attachment as you are driving the seal into place.
