Turn on the air conditioning, if so equipped, and check the idle speed again.
The idle speed should be:
Civic - 750 +/- 50 rpm
Accord Manual - 750 +/- 50 rpm Accord Automatic - 700 +/- 50 rpm (in Drive)
Adjust the speed, if necessary, by turning the adjusting screw on the idle boost diaphragm.

Attach an update label to the hood, right next to the Emission Control Information Label.
