4.

Remove the nine fender mounting bolts and the fender.

5.

Remove the existing sealer from the intersection of the cowl, wheelhouse and upper dash.

6.

Apply 3M Brushable Seam Sealer (3M Part No.08656) or equivalent at the intersection.

NOTE:

Apply enough sealer to cover all the seams at the intersection.

7.

Apply sealer along the wheelhouse top seam, and down the wheelhouse and door frame seam, as shown.

NOTE:

Do not plug the small drain hole near the bottom of the cowl.
