To adjust the front door:
With the blower in the REC mode, snap the threaded end of the linkage rod that connects the two recirculation
doors out of the plastic clip on the front door's linkage arm, push the arm rearward until it stops, and snap the rod
back into the clip.

Remove the blower motor and apply some silicone sealer to the foam seal. If the seal is badly damaged, replace it with some householdtype 1/2"
thick weatherstrip.
