Radiator Fan: Description and Operation

COOLING FAN OPERATION
Voltage is provided at all times to the cooling fan relay and the cooling fan timer unit. Voltage is provided in RUN and START to the cooling fan timer
unit. The cooling fan timer unit provides power to the cooling fan relay when the ignition switch is in RUN or START, and for 2 minutes after the
ignition is switched off. The cooling fan relay is energized whenever the BLU (Blue) wire is grounded. The BLU wire can be grounded either by the
coolant temperature switch or by the A/C switch and fan switch (in the heater control panel).
