High-Mount Sealing Gasket is Loose or Falls Off
SYMPTOM
The rubber sealing gasket for the high mount brake light is loose or has fallen off.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
If the gasket is distorted or lost, order a complete high-mount brake light assembly.
1.
If the gasket is loose, carefully remove it from the high-mount brake light assembly.
2.
Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces on the gasket and the high-mount brake light assembly with isopropyl alcohol.
