Accord L4-2156cc 2.2L SOHC (1991)
3. Align the groove on the front timing balancer belt driven pulley to the pointer on the oil pump body as shown.
4. Align the rear timing balancer belt driven pulley using a 6 x 100 mm bolt or an equivalent, mark a line at 74 mm. Align the rear timing balancer
belt driven pulley by inserting the bolt through the maintenance hole.
NOTE:

The mark must be flush with the maintenance hole surface.

When the special tool is not available, a 6.2 mm dia pin can be used as a substitute. Insert the pin as shown above.
