The programmed ignition (PGM-IG) in this engine controls ignition timing with a microcomputer, which uses signals from the TDC/CRANK/CYL
sensor, throttle angle sensor, coolant temperature sensor and MAP sensor, to determine optimum timing. This system uses no governor or vacuum
diaphragm.
