On the side of the car with the torn seal, pull back the end of the dash as far as it will go, and stuff folded shop rags between it and the A-pillar to
hold it there.

With a long, thin screwdriver, turn the connector of the front position switch so its big end points toward the front of the car. Then push it forward
off its red retainer clip as shown. Pull out the connector and disconnect it. If the red clip comes out, remove and discard it.

Remove the sun visor.

Remove the shoulder belt track (eight bolts, two connectors). Pull the edge of the headliner away from the door slightly so you can get a wrench on
the bolts behind it.

Put the track on the workbench, and mark it with a pencil at the location of each seal clip. Then pry off the clips and pull off the damaged seal.
