Tape both ends of the seal to the track with two turns of vinyl electrical tape in a strip about 19 mm wide. Make sure the inside and outside seals
don't overlap.

Reinstall the track and reconnect all three connectors, then check seat belt operation before you reinstall anything else.

18.

Wrap the position-switch connector with two turns of 3T EPT (3 mm thick, adhesive-backed foam tape) so it won't rattle. Then push the connector
back into its original location, and reinstall the door trim and visor.

19.

If a seal on the other track is torn, repeat steps 5 through 18 on that side of the car, then reinstall the dash and clock.
