Window Motor Runs But the Window Does Not Move
SYMPTOM The front window motor runs, but the window does not move up or down.
PROBABLE CAUSE Material on the damper unit inside the motor assembly separates, making the window inoperative.
VEHICLES AFFECTED Ohio-produced 1991 and 1992 Accord EX and LX:
2-door - through VIN 1HGCB7 . . . NA017643
4-door (Marysville) through VIN 1HGCB7 ... NA076067

CORRECTIVE ACTION Replace the damper unit with the parts listed in PARTS INFORMATION.
1.
Remove the window regulator and motor assembly. Refer to Section 20 of the service manual.
2.
To help during reassembly, mark the motor location by making a line across the sector gear and regulator.
