Starter Brush Holder Test
18. Check for continuity between the (+) brushes (A) and the (-) brushes (B). If there is continuity, replace the brush holder assembly.
Starter Reassembly
19. Install the armature in the housing.
20. Place the brush holder on the armature, then set the brush springs in the brush holder, and install the brush holder cap.
21. Install the starter end cover (A) to retain the brush holder (B).
