Remove the three seat track end covers and the seat mounting bolts. Leave all electrical connectors connected.

3.

Lift the front of the seat with your hand, then remove and discard the synchronizer cable and cover.

4.

Move the seat forward by pushing the seat switch forward. (This moves the inner seat track ahead of the outer track.)
