Slip the stud plate into the back panel pocket and into the holes you drilled in step 5.

Install the main bracket onto the studs. Torque the mounting nuts to 12 N.m (5.7 lb-ft).

Install two new plastic clips into the bracket slots, and fully seat them.

10.

Rotate the clips until the retaining tabs are horizontal.

NOTE:

If you do not do this, the clips may not fully seat into the retaining holes in the seat.

Install the seat-back panel by setting the hooks (at the top of the seat-back panel) into the slots in the seat. Push the seat-back panel upward, align
