REPAIR PROCEDURE

Remove the latch assembly from the rear seat-back (see the 1998 Accord Service Manual).

Lubricate the latch assembly:

3.

Reinstall the latch assembly in the vehicle.

4.

Make sure the seat-back lock turns smoothly and the seat-back latch operates properly.
