Backup Lamp Switch: Service and Repair

Back-Up Light Switch Test 

1. Disconnect the back-up light switch (A) connectors.
2. Check for continuity between the terminals (B). There should be continuity when the shift lever into reverse.
3. If necessary, replace the switch.
