Tighten all mounting hardware to the specified torque values.

Tighten the castle nut to the lower torque specifications, then tighten it only far enough to align the slot with the hole in the ball joint pin. Do
not align the castle nut by loosening it.

Use a new cotter pin in the castle nut.

Before installing the wheel, clean the mating surfaces on the brake disc or drum and inside of the wheel.

Check the rear wheel alignment, and adjust it if necessary.
