Check the clearance between the wheel sensor harness and the inner side of the tire(s) or wheel(s), and perform the appropriate procedure.

If the wheel sensor harness is damaged, replace the sensor. Refer to page 19-69 of the 1998 Accord S/M.

If there is too much slack in the harness, go to Adjusting the Wire Harness.

If the mounting bracket is installed incorrectly, go to Reinstalling the Wire Harness Bracket.
Adjusting the Wire Harness
1.
Raise the vehicle on a hoist, and remove the wheel.
