YES - This service bulletin does not apply; continue troubleshooting.
NO - Go to REPAIR PROCEDURE B.
REPAIR PROCEDURE A
Replace the air/fuel ratio sensor (sensor 1).
REPAIR PROCEDURE B

1998-2000 ULEV models only - Replace the air/fuel ratio sensor (sensor 1).
2.
Replace the ECM/PCM. Refer to service bulletin 00-049, Immobilizer System (Type 2).

For 1998-99 models, you need all of the working ignition keys.

For 2000-02 models, download the immobilizer transponder codes to the HDS before replacing the ECM/PCM.*
