Locate the six plugs that need torquing.
6.
Place the modulator in a soft-jawed vise, or have an assistant hold the modulator.
7.
Loosen each plug 1/2 turn. Then torque the plug to 17.5 N.m (151 lb-in).
8.
Reinstall the mounting bracket and the reservoir.
9.
Fill the reservoir with clean brake fluid.
10.
Install the modulator in the car (page 19-131).
11.
Bleed the ABS (page 19-128).
12.
Bleed the brake system (page 19-6).
13.
Clear any codes in the ABS control unit by removing the ABS B2 fuse from the under-hood ABS fuse box for three seconds.
