Blower Motor: Testing and Inspection
Blower Motor Runs (No Hot Air Flow)

NO HOT AIR FLOW  

NOTE:  Check the engine coolant level and allow the engine to warm up before troubleshooting.

If there is no hot air flow, and the blower motor runs properly, check for the following:

-

Clogged heater duct

-

Clogged blower outlet

-

Clogged heater valve (air flow is not hot)

-

Pinched heater hose (air flow is not hot)

-

Heater valve cable adjustment (air flow is not hot)

-

Air mix control cable adjustment (air flow is not hot)

-

Faulty thermostat (air flow is not hot)

-

Clogged evaporator (with air conditioning)

-

Frozen evaporator (with air conditioning)
