Civic L4-1.3L Hybrid (2008)
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.
Remove the brake fluid:

Refer to 2006-2008 Civic Hybrid Service Manual, or
^
Online, enter keyword BLEED, and select Brake System Bleeding from the list.
2.
Replace the master cylinder and servo unit assembly:

Refer to the service manual, or
^
Online, enter keywords MASTER CYL, and select Master Cylinder and AHB Servo Unit Replacement from the list.
NOTE:
It is not necessary to remove the brake lines from the clamp and ABS modulator control unit as described in steps 14 and 15 of the service
manual. These steps will be removed from future versions of the service manual. Also, disregard steps 19 and 20.
3.
Do the AHB 0 (zero) position memorization:

Refer to the service manual, or
^
Online, enter keyword ZERO, and select Memorizing the Advanced Hydraulic Booster 0 (Zero) Position from the list.
