Product Update: Water Pump Pulley Bolts Lose Tension
(Supersedes 08-039, dated August 15, 2008, to update the information marked by the black bars and shown with asterisks.)
BACKGROUND
Due to a manufacturing problem, the water pump pulley bolts may lose tension and eventually come loose. Loose pulley bolts may produce a pulley
noise and could cause the drive belt to break.
