Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair
Catalytic Converter Removal/Installation
1. Remove the A/F sensor (sensor 1).
2. Remove the secondary HO2S (sensor 2).
3. Remove the EGR pipe.
4. Remove the cover (A).
5. Remove the TWC(B).
6. Remove the converter cover (C).
7. Install the TWC in the reverse order of removal with new gaskets (D).
