Brake Bleeding: Service and Repair
System Bleeding

Anti-Lock Brake System

 Place vehicle on level ground with wheels blocked, put transmission in neutral for manual transmission models and in ``park'' for automatic transmission
models when bleeding brakes.

On Accord models, with ignition switch off, disconnect 6-P inspection connector from connector cover on the crossmember under passenger seat
and connect it to anti-lock brake checker No. 07HAJ-SG0010B or 07HAJ-SG00100 or equivalent, Fig. 6.

On Prelude and Civic models, with ignition switch off, disconnect 6-P inspection connector from connector cover on the crossmember under
passenger seat and connect it to anti-lock brake checker No. 07HAJ-SG0010A or 07HAJ-SG0010B or equivalent, Fig. 7.

Fill modulator reservoir to MAX level and install reservoir cap.

Start engine and allow it to idle for a few minutes, then shut engine off. Check fluid in modulator reservoir and refill to MAX level if necessary.
