Valve Guide Seal: Service and Repair
Assembly

VALVES, VALVE SPRINGS AND VALVE SEALS INSTALLATION 

1. Coat the valve stems with oil. Insert the valves into the valve guides.

NOTE: Check that the valves move up and down smoothly.

2. Install the spring seats on the cylinder head.

3. Install the valve seals using the special tool.

NOTE: Exhaust and intake valve seals are not interchangeable.
