Positive Crankcase Ventilation: Service and Repair
1. On all 1982-83 except 1983 Prelude, disconnect breather hose from carburetor insulator and clean fixed orifice by inserting shank end of No. 57
drill bit or blowing compressed air through it.
2. On Accord and Prelude models, remove condensation chamber from air cleaner, then remove sludge or varnish built up and reinstall chamber.
3. On all models, inspect hoses and gaskets, replacing as necessary, and ensure that hoses are securely connected.
