Cold Start/Driveability Improvements for '84 -' 85 Civics (Supersedes 84-013 dated JUNE 19, '84 and 84-025 dated APRIL 9, '84)

PROBLEM Hard starting, stalling immediately after starting, and spark plug fouling (usually in number 1 cylinder) during repeated, short duration, low
speed driving in cold weather.

CORRECTIVE ACTION Install cold start/driveability kits as necessary, according to the car's engine number (refer to the engine number ranges below).
Installation instructions are on the next three pages.
