Route the terminals of the new LED through the hole in the steering column cover, and secure the LED to the cover with the new push nut.

Carefully push the LED terminals into the back of the new 2P connector until they click into place.
8.
Lock the 2P connector by inserting the lock tabs into the grooves, sliding the lock toward the front of the connector, and pressing down firmly on
the lock until it clicks into place.
9.
Position the upper steering column cover on the steering column.
10.
Plug one end of the security system sub-harness into the vehicle harness and the other end into the LED 2P connector.
