Locate the rubber ribs on the inside edge of the quarter glass molding.
2.
Apply masking tape to the end of a trim removal tool.
3.
At each rib location, slide the tip of the trim removal tool under the outer lip of the molding. Put a piece of cardboard between the tool and the
glass to prevent scratching the glass, then pry the molding off the glass.
4.
Twist the molding to expose each rib, then cut off the rib with a razor knife.
5.
After cutting off all four ribs, twist the molding back into position, and reinstall it around the quarter glass. If needed, use silicone spray to
