-2 Align the TDC marks (B) on the camshaft pulley with the top edge of the head.
4. Align the holes on the tensioner pulley (A) and tensioner base (B), then insert a 3.0 mm (0.12 inch) diameter pin into the holes.
5. Install the tensioner spring (A) on the auto tensioner (B).
6. Install the auto-tensioner, then tighten the auto tensioner mounting bolt (A) to 9.8 Nm (1.0 kgf-cm, 7.2 ft. lbs.).
7. Loosen the auto-tensioner mounting bolt 180°.
