Condenser Fan Diode: Testing and Inspection

Diode Test

NOTE: The diodes are designed to pass current in one direction while blocking it in the opposite direction. Most ohmmeters, unless equipped with a
diode tester, should not be used to test diodes.

Check for continuity in both directions between the A and B terminals. There should be continuity in only one direction.
