1.

Remove camshaft driven sprocket as described under "Cam Drive Sprocket & Timing Belt, Replace" procedure.

2.

Remove rocker arm assembly.

3.

Carefully lift camshaft assembly from engine.

4.

Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:

a. Lubricate camshaft assembly prior to installation.
b. Torque camshaft bearing cap bolts in sequence shown in Fig. 5.  Tighten bearing cap bolts to torque listed in "Engine Tightening

Specifications."

c. After camshaft and rocker arms are installed, install new camshaft seal with spring side (open side) facing in, using seal installation tool.
d. Adjust timing belt. Refer to "Timing Belt, Adjust" for procedure.
