Starter Switch Signal: Testing and Inspection
This signal informs the ECU when the engine is cranking.
1.
Connect system checker harness between ECU and wire harness connector.
2.
Turn ignition switch to the start position, then measure voltage between terminal B13 (+) and terminal A18 (-) of system checker harness. Battery
voltage should be present.
3.
If battery voltage is not present, check for blown No. 2 fuse or open in blue/white between ECU (B13) and fuse.
