Civic LX Sedan L4-1590cc 1.6L SOHC MFI (1998)
6. Disconnect the connectors from the horn and cruise control set/resume switches, then remove the steering wheel nut.
7. Remove the steering wheel using a steering wheel puller.
8. Remove the column covers.
